The PEO and HR Outsourcing industry is a $250 billion market built around a simple premise: help businesses offload the complexity of payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR administration so they can focus on growing. It's a good idea. For most small and mid-sized businesses, working with a quality PEO or ASO is genuinely one of the smartest operational decisions they can make.

After two decades working inside this industry — not studying it, not advising from a distance, but actually building careers within it — we saw the same patterns play out again and again. Opaque pricing structures designed to obscure true costs. Auto-renewal clauses that lock businesses into rates they never questioned. A broker ecosystem where the "free advisor" gets paid by the provider they recommend, creating a conflict of interest that almost no one talks about openly. We charge our clients directly and work exclusively for them. No provider commissions driving our recommendations. No vendor relationships influencing what we suggest. When we tell you a contract is overpriced or a provider isn't the right fit, it's because the data says so — not because someone else is paying us to say something different.

A 40-person company deserves the same pricing transparency and negotiating power as a 4,000-person enterprise. Company size shouldn't determine whether you get a fair deal. We exist to level that playing field — and we have a proven track record of doing exactly that.

We put our fee where our confidence is. If we take on a Saver or Negotiator engagement and don't find meaningful savings, we waive 80% of our fee. No fine print. No exceptions. The risk belongs to us — because we're that certain we can deliver.
